The average annual rent of apartments in International City starts from AED 17,000 and goes all the way up to AED 62,000, depending on the flat’s configuration and layout.
4. Dubai Production City (IMPZ)
Located on the outskirts of the emirate, Dubai Production City (also called The International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), is another self-sufficient community with advanced facilities available for residents.
It features several residential developments having apartments in various configurations and layouts to meet the needs of families, singletons, and couples. As for the average annual rent, you can find a studio here for AED 19,000. The rental price of 1-bed and 2-bed apartments is AED 31,000 and AED 43,000, respectively.
