Chicken Fry is probably the simplest but most delicious chicken starter recipe. You can prepare this before a “mega” meal to really spice up the taste buds of your guests or family. It can also be served as a non-veg snack. The seasoning around the fried chicken is absolutely irresistible and you can barely notice it until you have completely emptied the plate. Ingredients
12-15 boneless chicken pieces
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1.5 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder (Indian spice mix)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Lemon juice
Vegetable oil
Onion
Salt

How to make fried chicken
1. Take 12 -15 pieces of boneless chicken cut into small pieces, wash thoroughly.
2. In a bowl add the chicken pieces and add 1 teaspoon of green chili paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1.5 teaspoons of coriander powder tech website , 1/2 teaspoon of powder turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, salt to taste over the chicken, mix well. Marinate for 2 hours.
3. Prepare a non-stick bowl/pan, heat 1 cup of vegetable oil, then fry the marinated chicken until cooked and golden brown. Place in a bowl lined with tissue paper.
4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Garnish with onions cut into rounds, around the fried chicken.
